22 years professional experience with STMicroelectronics as Technical Manager & various positions with Institute for Infocomm Research such as Head Smart Grid Programme, Head TV White Space Department, Co-Director I2R-Singapore Power Joint Lab and Deputy Director Strategic Planning Office.
An active supporter of TV White Space technology with Co-Chair for the Singapore White Spaces Pilot Group together with Microsoft and StarHub. Previously supported IDA and FCC on TV White Space trials which indirectly helped FCC to come out with the regulations for allowing TV White Space as licensed-exempt spectrum.
Also, co-founder of another start-up on Geo-Location Database called Network Genetics.
M.Sc.-Physics (Electronics) (1st Div), M.Tech.-Microwave Electronics (1st Div) from Delhi University & M.B.A. (Merit) from Lancaster University.
23 years professional experience with Industrial R&D with DRDO, Shyam Telecom and HFCL in India and ST Satcom, SmartBridges & Institute for Infocomm Research for long distance connectivity equipments on satellite communication, Microwave radios, long range WiFi, UWB, maritime & TV White Space radios.
Recently, worked as Manager-WSC department, Group Leader-WSD & Strategic Planning Manager with Institute for Infocomm Research.
Successfully managed many projects on maritime communication system and TV White Space development & deployments.

Polka is a Partner at Javelin Wealth Management and has over fifteen years of experience in Financial Services.
Prior to Javelin, she has worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity syndication specialist across Asia with a diverse sector focus.
Polka started her career with the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and then moved to the Investment Banking team of Avendus Capital. She moved to Singapore in 2010 with Daiwa Capital Markets.
She holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian School of Business.
Margaret has more than 27 years of corporate experience in the computing, printing services & solutions sectors of which 20 years was with Hewlett Packard Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.
She has 25 years of regional experience, managing markets in Asia and Japan, where she held senior leadership positions for 12 years including 10 years of undertaking VP responsibilities. She assisted at Small World Group Incubator and a Lead Investor for Green Koncept Pte Ltd.
Margaret has mentored at NUS LeanLaunch for two consecutive years since 2014. She is currently a Managing Partner at GreenMeadows Accelerator.
Her specialities are in Business/Portfolio Management, Sales & Marketing Management.
Retired at 40 to devote on social causes last 20 years. Prof. Jack Sim founded World Toilet Organisation and BOP HUB.
Broke the global taboo and sanitation and toilets. Created 19 November UN World Toilet Day.

Prof. Jack Sim
CHANG Yew Kong retired in July 2016 as President ST Electronics (Software Systems Group) with $500m sales and 2600 staff and is currently holding appointments as Chairman IAC (ICT) SIT. Member Governing Board at NUS CQT, Chairman of Wizvision Management Committee, Technical Advisor of Central GAP Fund with NRF.
He is also appointed as director of ST Electronics (eServices), ST Electronics (Data Centre Solutions), ST Electronics (InfoSecurity). Yew Kong is Mentor/Advisor to 15 SMEs in various industries such as Healthcare, Robotics, Drones Customisations, Virtual, Interactive Solutions, Software Development, Analytics (profiling, water, middleware), Gaming & Schedule Optimisation.
Mr Chang is also a Senior Member of Institution of Engineers (Singapore) and a Fellow of Singapore Computer Society.
