Dr Oh Ser Wah earned his Ph.D in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). His academic achievements also include attaining 1stClass in Bachelor of Engineering and Top Nanyang MBA Graduate from NTU in 2009/2010.
Dr Oh has a 22 year-long industry experience with STMicroelectronics as Technical Manager and various positions with the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R) such as Head Smart Grid Programme, Head White Space Communications Department, Co-Director I2R-Singapore Power Joint Lab and Deputy Director Strategic Planning Office.
Passionate about TVWS technology, Dr. Oh Co-Chair’s the Singapore White Spaces Pilot Group with Microsoft and StarHub. He was also involved in the TVWS trials with IMDA and FCC which has contributed to the respective TVWS regulations. He is also the Co-Founder of Network Genetics, a Geo-Location Database start-up.

Our Co-Founder, Pankaj Sharma holds multiple master’s degrees in multiple disciplines two of which were 1stDivisions from Delhi University in MSc in Physics (Electronics) and MTech in Microwave Electronics and an MBA (Merit) from Lancaster University.
Armed with 23 years of professional experience in Industrial R&D with DRDO, Shyam Telecom and HFCL in India and ST Satcom, SmartBridges and I2R in Singapore. His expertise lies in TV White Space, Satellite Communications, Microwave Radios, Long-Range Wi-Fi, UWB and Maritimes Communications.
He has successfully managed many projects on TVWS development & deployments and Maritime Communication Systems

A 15-year experience in the financial services has led her to becoming a Partner at Javelin Wealth Management. Prior to this, she was a Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Syndication Specialist across Asia with a diverse sector focus.
Her career began with Australia and New Zealand Banking (ANZ) Group before moving to investment banking team, Avendus Capital. In 2010, Polka moved to Singapore and joined Daiwa Capital Markets.
She holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian School of Business.

With more than 27 years of corporate experience in the computing and printing service industry, out of which 20 years was with Hewlett Packard Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.
She has 25 years of regional experience, managing markets in Asia including Japan, where she held senior leadership positions for 12 years including 10 years of undertaking VP responsibilities. She assisted at Small World Group Incubator and a Lead Investor for Green Koncept Pte Ltd.
Margaret has mentored at NUS Lean LaunchPad from 2014 – 2016. She is currently a Managing Partner at GreenMeadows Accelerator.
She specialises in Business/Portfolio Management and Sales & Marketing Management.

Retired at the age of 40 to devote himself to social causes in the last 20 years, Professor Jack Sim founded the World Toilet Organisation, breaking the global taboo on the need for proper sanitation and access to toilets. This has led to the establishment of UN World Toilet Day on 19 November.
Also founder of Base of the Pyramid (BoP) Hub, an entity that aims to support businesses with the goal of ending global poverty. He is a Schwab Fellow of the World Economic Forum and Ashoka Global Fellow. The Prime Minister of Samoa has also recognised him as a Tuifalevao, a Samoan village chief title.
Within Singapore, Professor Jack Sim is a fellow at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and adjunct at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.

CHANG Yew Kong retired in July 2016 as President ST Electronics (Software Systems Group) with $500m sales and 2600 staff and is currently holding appointments as Chairman IAC (ICT) SIT. Member Governing Board at NUS CQT, Chairman of Wizvision Management Committee, Technical Advisor of Central GAP Fund with NRF.
He is also appointed as director of ST Electronics (eServices), ST Electronics (Data Centre Solutions), ST Electronics (InfoSecurity). Yew Kong is Mentor/Advisor to 15 SMEs in various industries such as Healthcare, Robotics, Drones Customisations, Virtual, Interactive Solutions, Software Development, Analytics (profiling, water, middleware), Gaming & Schedule Optimisation.
Mr Chang is also a Senior Member of Institution of Engineers (Singapore) and a Fellow of Singapore Computer Society.
